What do our Terms of Service cover?

Our Terms of Service govern the use of our Photobooth Rental Service. By using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms. The following is a summary of our Terms:

Service availability: We provide our Photobooth Rental Service for weddings, parties, venues, corporate, sporting events and more.
Account creation: To use our service, you must create an account with us. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Payment: Payment for our service is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation and refunds: We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We will issue a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
Intellectual property: All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of EVNT or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Limitation of liability: EVNT will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
